Level 2 – Wedding Day Coordination
For couples who have planned their wedding but want a smooth stress-free day.
Begins 4–6 weeks before the wedding
Two coordinators to manage ceremony & reception (up to 8 hours)
Vendor confirmations, timelines, and oversight of set-up/breakdown
Bridal party assistance & floral distribution
Management of basic ceremony & reception details

Level 3 – Full Wedding Planning
For busy couples who want help from start to finish.
Everything in Level 2, plus:
Full design & style development
Budget creation, tracking, and updates
Vendor selection & contract review
Monthly planning meetings + task lists
Etiquette & family guidance
Honeymoon suite décor (local)
Starting at $1,275 or 15% of budget over $50k
Level 4 – Elite Wedding Experience
For couples who want an all-inclusive, luxury experience with minimal stress.
Everything in Level 3, plus:
Custom save-the-dates, menu cards, and wedding website
Rehearsal dinner & post-wedding brunch coordination
Expanded team of 2–4 coordinators
Access to premium décor, china, linens, and custom options
DJ, cake, catering & servers included (up to 100 guests; additional per person)
Venue setup with premium chairs, arches, pillars, and lighting
Bridal suite + wedding day concierge support
Starting at $7,325–$8,200 for 100 guests; additional guests priced per head

Hourly planning consultations ($125/hr, 2-hour minimum)
