For couples who want to plan their wedding but need expert support.

  • 1:1 consultation + ongoing advice (unlimited calls/emails)

Level 2 – Wedding Day Coordination

For couples who have planned their wedding but want a smooth stress-free day.

  • Begins 4–6 weeks before the wedding

  • Two coordinators to manage ceremony & reception (up to 8 hours)

  • Vendor confirmations, timelines, and oversight of set-up/breakdown

  • Bridal party assistance & floral distribution

  • Management of basic ceremony & reception details

Starting at $850


Level 3 – Full Wedding Planning

For busy couples who want help from start to finish.

  • Everything in Level 2, plus:

  • Full design & style development

  • Budget creation, tracking, and updates

  • Vendor selection & contract review

  • Monthly planning meetings + task lists

  • Etiquette & family guidance

  • Honeymoon suite décor (local)

Starting at $1,275 or 15% of budget over $50k


Level 4 – Elite Wedding Experience

For couples who want an all-inclusive, luxury experience with minimal stress.

  • Everything in Level 3, plus:

  • Custom save-the-dates, menu cards, and wedding website

  • Rehearsal dinner & post-wedding brunch coordination

  • Expanded team of 2–4 coordinators

  • Access to premium décor, china, linens, and custom options

  • DJ, cake, catering & servers included (up to 100 guests; additional per person)

  • Venue setup with premium chairs, arches, pillars, and lighting

  • Bridal suite + wedding day concierge support

Starting at $7,325–$8,200 for 100 guests; additional guests priced per head


Add-Ons / À La Carte

  • Hourly planning consultations ($125/hr, 2-hour minimum)

  • Invitations, response cards, and ceremony extras

  • Specialty décor, linens, or entertainment upgrades

  • Extra coordination staff or extended hours
